Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Tracking Information
Once an order is processed and shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of their order.
Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional so please contact us before you checkout if you require shipping insurance for your order. The cost of insurance is determined based on the declared value of the order. Note shipping insurance may not be applicable to all orders.
Authority to Leave
All orders will be delivered with the "Authority to Leave" option which authorizes the carrier to leave the package at the delivery address without requiring a signature.
To require a signature upon delivery please contact us before checking out your order. Note that this will incur extra costs and may not be applicable for every order.

International Orders
Responsibility for Import Fees

Return & Refund Policy
If a package is returned due to non-payment of duties or taxes, we reserve the right to refund the cost of the product only, minus any shipping charges, customs fees, or handling charges incurred during the return process. No refunds will be issued for packages confiscated or destroyed by customs.
