Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing, browsing, or using the services and products provided by Type R Performance, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Product Information:

Type R Performance provides used parts for vehicles, and all product descriptions, specifications, and information are provided to the best of our knowledge and accuracy.
However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product information, and customers are advised to verify compatibility and fitment with their vehicles.

Pricing and Payments:

All prices for used parts are listed in AUD and are subject to change without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for paying the applicable purchase price along with any associated taxes, shipping fees, and other charges.
We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

Order Confirmation:

Placing an order through the Type R Performance website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected used parts.
Order confirmation is subject to product availability, order processing, and payment verification.

Cancellation and Modifications:

Once an order is submitted and confirmed, cancellations or modifications are subject to the discretion of Type R Performance.
Type R Performance reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before delivery.
An order may be cancelled for example if the product ordered were subject to errors in relation to pricing, description, image or stock availability.

Ownership and Intellectual Property:

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Type R Performance website are the property of Type R Performance or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
Customers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any content without explicit permission from Type R Performance.

Warranty and Returns:

Used parts sold by Type R Performance are covered by a 30 day warranty.
Proof of purchase such as the original sales receipt or invoice must be provided to make a warranty claim.
Type R Performance reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the returned part to determine if the warranty claim is valid.
If Type R Performance determines that the defect is covered under warranty, Type R Performance will repair, replace, or provide a refund for the defective part.
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover the following:

Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, Type R Performance will provide instructions for returning the defective part.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the defective part.
Type R Performance will cover the cost of shipping the replacement part (if applicable) to the customer.
If Type R Performance determines that a replacement is necessary, the customer will receive a replacement part of similar quality and condition.
If a replacement is not available, the customer may be offered a refund for the purchase price of the defective part.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the used part.
Type R Performance's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective part. 
Type R Performance shall not be liable for any labour costs, installation expenses, transportation costs, or any other expenses incurred by the customer.
Any warranty claims made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be honoured.
No change of mind returns.

Limitation of Liability:

Type R Performance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of its products or services.
Customers assume all risks associated with the use of purchased used parts.

Modification of Terms:

Type R Performance reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using the services and products provided by Type R Performance, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
